Pretty late to the the Lucy Dacus party, stumbling in via the boygenius hype. I've had this album on repeat for a couple of weeks, it's my go-to for when I can't decide what else to play. Starts with a bang and really doesn't let up. The quality of the writing is exceptional - both cinematic and intimate. Great late night headphones album. kiloran
Gaelynn Lea won NPR's Tiny Desk Contest, and it's easy to see why. Haunting, beautiful country songs, laced up with weeping fiddle lines. Bandcamp New & Notable Mar 3, 2016
